RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To let us know, contact us at hmrafaqat@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within [14] days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • With all tags, packaging, and any seals intact
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, perfume, or wear

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hmrafaqat@yahoo.com (or call 07816 898423) within [14] days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. We'll confirm the returns address and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Post the item back to us in its original condition. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Return Postage

  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you're responsible for the return postage cost.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the return cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5 to 10] working days. Standard delivery charges are refundable only if the item is faulty or incorrect; return postage for change-of-mind returns is not refunded.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened perfumes, ouds, attars, or bakhoor
  • Pierced earrings and personal-use items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items [remove if you accept these]
  • Personalised or made-to-order items

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos, and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
